As a private chef I have served client's needs by creating menus for intimate weddings with traditional fare, as well as specialty creations for those who are vegan and gluten- free. When clients requested to trial something "that you can't usually find around here", I created a menu of different tapas including; Basque style short-ribs, garlic shrimp, and sherry mushrooms- among other items. One client requested that I come up with a menu surrounding the fresh St. Lawrence Walleye that they had caught that week- and I created a menu of traditional fat back burgers with French fries, and fried Walleye. I enjoy cooking a variety of fare and look forward to serving you in the future!
